Pete took me from Rib fracture to an Olympic Final
I first started working with Pete after a rib fracture. Rib fractures in Rowing are extremely annoying as they generally take a long time to heal and many rowers have to write off their season. Pete treated the soft tissue around the injury allowing it to heal much quicker and also worked on realigning my pelvis and thorax which reduced the risk of future injury.

Through BodymechaniX he found a weakness in my posterior chain and designed a programme to strengthen it. This made me much Stronger and faster in the boat. One week after recovering from injury I won Irish Trials for the European Championships and after 6 weeks went on to qualify for the Rio Olympics 2016.

One year later, Claire and I would finish 6th in an Olympic Final. Peter not only saved my 2015 season but made me more powerful and i remained injury free for the rest of the Olympic cycle. I cannot recommend Pete's hands on approach and posture correcting methods highly enough.
